Welcome to the SomayaSupport app on the Salla platform. By installing and using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of the Application
The SomayaSupport app allows merchants to receive and manage customer support tickets directly through their store. It serves as a communication bridge between your customers and the SomayaSupport team.
2. Account Linking
By activating the app, your Salla store ID, email, and basic store data will be linked with the SomayaSupport platform. This is essential for processing and identifying support tickets.
3. Ticket Management
Merchants are responsible for reviewing, responding to, and managing support tickets submitted by customers. Abuse, neglect, or misuse of the support system may result in suspension.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
We respect your privacy. All store data submitted through the app is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No sensitive payment or customer data is accessed without consent.
5. Support Scope
SomayaSupport offers guidance, issue tracking, and assistance relevant to the merchant's use of Somaya-related services. Support requests unrelated to the Somaya ecosystem may be declined.
6. Subscription & Billing
If the app offers paid features, merchants are expected to comply with subscription requirements as outlined on the Salla platform. Free trials (if provided) are time-limited and non-renewable.
7. Termination
SomayaSupport reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or upon breach of Salla’s general usage policies.
8. Updates & Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Merchants will be notified through the Salla platform or via email.
By installing or using the SomayaSupport app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
