If you need to edit or cancel your order on DarSomaya, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check Order Status: Go to your account and navigate to My Orders to see your current orders and their status.

2️⃣ Edit Order: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can edit quantities, change product variants, or update your shipping address by selecting the Edit Order option next to your order.

3️⃣ Cancel Order: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, click on the Cancel Order button in the order details section. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

4️⃣ After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be edited or cancelled. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy.

5️⃣ Contact Support: If you face any issues or do not see the edit or cancel option, please contact our support team immediately at Create Ticket with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
