White Label Setup Guide for SomayaSupport (including Salla Clients)

This guide walks you through the steps to configure SomayaSupport as a White Label support system using your own subdomain — whether you're a direct website owner or a merchant using Salla (salla.sa).

Requirements

  1. A live WordPress installation running SomayaSupport.
  2. Ownership of a custom domain (e.g., yourstore.com).
  3. Access to manage DNS settings (via GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Salla dashboard, or others).
  4. Optional: Ability to update nameservers if you plan to use Hostinger for DNS.

Step 1: Create a Subdomain

From your domain control panel or hosting provider:

  • Create a subdomain like:support.yourstore.com
  • In DNS settings, add:TypeNameValueCNAMEsupportsomaya.support

This links your subdomain to SomayaSupport securely.

💡 By default, this subdomain will open the homepage of SomayaSupport. If you'd like it to open the ticket submission page directly, you can set a redirect to:

https://somaya.support/support-tickets/

For Salla Store Owners

If you purchased your domain through Salla:

  1. Go to Salla Dashboard > Domains > DNS Management
  2. Choose your custom domain and click Manage DNS
  3. Add a CNAME record:
    • Name: support
    • Type: CNAME
    • Value: somaya.support
  4. Save changes and wait for propagation (can take up to 1 hour).

💡 After this step, your subdomain should point to SomayaSupport. You can configure redirection if you'd like the subdomain to directly open the support ticket page.

Step 2: Optional — Move DNS to Hostinger

If managing DNS via Hostinger:

  • Update nameservers to:
    • ns1.dns-parking.com
    • ns2.dns-parking.com

You can now create and manage subdomains directly from your Hostinger account.

Step 3: Add the Subdomain to Hostinger

  1. Go to Hostinger > Subdomains
  2. Create:
    • Subdomain: support
    • Domain: yourstore.com
    • Directory: public_html/support.yourstore.com

Step 4: Enable SSL (HTTPS)

  1. Go to Hostinger > SSL
  2. Install SSL for: support.yourstore.com
  3. Wait a few minutes for Let’s Encrypt SSL to activate

Alternatively:

  • Use Cloudflare for DNS + SSL
  • Purchase an SSL certificate from your domain provider

Step 5: White Label Customization in SomayaSupport

Once your subdomain is live and secured:

  • We’ll create a Usergroup for your brand
  • Apply your logo and color scheme
  • Set up Auto-Replies, Workflows, and ticket visibility rules
  • (Optional) Configure custom email sender (e.g., support@yourstore.com)
