Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction with SomayaSupport services.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email or meetings
  • Understand client goals and provide suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare performance reports and present feedback internally
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services |

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in account management or client relations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer tracking
  • Ability to multitask and manage several clients simultaneously
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential |
