| Responsibilities |
- Respond to support tickets in a timely and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot client issues related to websites, accounts, or services
- Document common issues and contribute to help center content
- Escalate technical or urgent issues to the appropriate team
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction |
| Qualifications | - Experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with WordPress dashboards and support tools
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Basic technical understanding of websites and hosting is a plus |
