Job Description
SomayaSupport is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure that our websites, systems, and applications meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance. You will be responsible for testing features, reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to maintain quality across platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual testing on websites, dashboards, and mobile apps
  • Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and structured format
  • Follow test plans and create test cases as needed
  • Validate fixes and perform regression testing
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved effectively |

  • Experience in software or web QA testing (formal or informal)
  • Familiarity with browser dev tools, bug tracking systems, and test case creation
  • Detail-focused with a methodical approach
  • Basic knowledge of how websites and apps function technically
  • Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic and English |
