Job Description
SomayaSupport is looking for a Technical Content Writer to create clear, helpful, and well-structured content for our knowledge base, support documentation, and blog. If you can explain complex technical ideas in simple language, we’d love to work with you.
Responsibilities
  • Write knowledge base articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides
  • Document features, workflows, and system integrations
  • Create SEO-friendly blog posts and help center content
  • Collaborate with developers and support teams to gather insights
  • Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and structure |
    | Qualifications |
  • Excellent writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML is helpful
  • Experience in technical documentation, SaaS, or support tools
  • Attention to detail and strong research skills |
