- Write knowledge base articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides
- Document features, workflows, and system integrations
- Create SEO-friendly blog posts and help center content
- Collaborate with developers and support teams to gather insights
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and structure |
| Qualifications | - Excellent writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML is helpful
- Experience in technical documentation, SaaS, or support tools
- Attention to detail and strong research skills |
