Job Description
SomayaSupport is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to assist users with platform-related issues, provide high-quality support through tickets, and document solutions. You will work closely with our development and documentation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to support tickets promptly and professionally
  • Guide users step-by-step to resolve issues
  • Reproduce and report technical bugs to the dev team
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation |
    | Qualifications |
  • Familiarity with WordPress admin dashboard and plugins
  • Good understanding of browser-based tools and error handling
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus |
