| SomayaSupport is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to assist users with platform-related issues, provide high-quality support through tickets, and document solutions. You will work closely with our development and documentation teams to ensure client satisfaction. | |
| Responsibilities |
- Respond to support tickets promptly and professionally
- Guide users step-by-step to resolve issues
- Reproduce and report technical bugs to the dev team
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation |
| Qualifications | - Familiarity with WordPress admin dashboard and plugins
- Good understanding of browser-based tools and error handling
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus |
